#1 - Spa Treatment New Computer 'Buff' |

With our New Computer Buff, we work with you to determine what you want and don't want. Then we go to work removing the unwanted items, being sure that all the bits and pieces are removed. Once that's done, we will install any new software you want (you provide the software) and will help set everything up to suit your needs. When you sit down to your Buff'ed new computer, it will be at its most efficient level of performance and usability, and you'll have every bit of your hard drive to use for YOUR needs rather than wasted on unwanted software, advertising and trial versions. |

#2 - Spa Treatment Clean Up the Hard Drive |

We will also do a complete virus scan, removing those viruses that are 'removable.' If we find something that requires more drastic action, we will notify you and go from there. We will also remove any unwanted programs, things you might have given a try and changed your mind, or things that were installed with other programs that perhaps you don't even know about. Once everything is removed, and only what you want or need remains, we will Defrag it and make sure all is in order. Your machine will run like it was new again, except that it will have YOUR data on it, and only the programs you actually use. Everything will run smoother and faster, making your old 'chores' a breeze! |

Re-Formatting |

If you are able to do all of your own backups and re-installations, we will accommodate that. If you have no idea of how to even get started on such a project, we will help you. We will work with you to make sure everything you want to keep is backed up and available to you when you get your computer back. If you have new hardware, but aren't sure how to hook it up and/or install the software, we'll help with that too. We'll help you get the functionality you want out of your existing system and your new card or peripheral. |

Even a new computer can be improved upon. The manufacturer doesn't know what you want, so they load a little bit of everything to insure there will be something you want or need. What it also insures is that there will be even more things that you don't want or need, things that do nothing but take up valuable space on your hard drive that could be put to more productive uses.
If your computer has been serving you for awhile, it's probably time to Clean Up the Hard Drive ... sort of like cleaning out the closets or the attic of all the 'stuff' that's collected over the a period of time. What we do is back up all your pictures and documents to CD's (unless you use them), to free up scads of hard drive space. If your machine runs slow and sluggish, too much data could be the reason! 
There comes the time in every computer's life when what is needed is a complete re-format. Nothing else will solve the problem, as it is the combination of a whole lot of things that resembles a can of worms. We offer a number of levels of service, giving allowances for your own skills and abilities.
