Is your computer brand new? Why would it need revitalized if it's brand new? Because of all the software, trial versions and other things that the manufacturer put on it that you don't want, need or possibly even know are there. We don't do the new operating system (Vista). It's the worst thing to hit the computer industry since 1982 and we don't want to have anything to do with it! If you have a Vista machine, the only thing we can give you is sympathy.
